Not a pleasant combination

The floral aspect of this scent overwhelmes the leather and cognac notes producing something reminiscent of cheap rose potpourri doused with malt liquor. The leather note gets completely lost in that mishmash.

Beautiful, strong and nostalgic

This is my favorite Kringle candle so I of course love the wax melt. I have a wax warmer in my large office at work. My office leads into the visitor lobby, conference room and then another very large (VERY large) open set of offices down the hallway. One cube fills all of these areas with a cozy, warm and nostalgic fragrance. I do burn the candle year 'round and also can now use the wax cube form whenever I need a calming scent. This does remind me of a leather chair, in front of a fire with an after dinner pipe and brandy. The scents blend so well together and bring back these wonderful memories of my Uncle, Grandfather and my Father.

Memories...

This one made me remember my Dad. He used to sit in his den with his pipe and have a scotch in his leather chair. Just almost made me cry. Thank you for letting me remember the man I miss so much in his favorite place. I bought the full size candle after trying this in the melts. Kringle, you nailed it.
